[PROPOSAL] Publish Module on LSPosed Modules Repo and F-Droid

It's great to see a fork of XPrivacyLua! I think it would be a good idea to publish this module to the LSPosed Modules Repo as well as F-Droid. This would give it increased visibility for users looking for a suitable XPrivacyLua replacement.

It'll be more safe, more convenient, and auto update-enabled, for end users, if the app can be installed in F-droid market.

But yeah, adding it to an LSPosed repo would be neat too.
