singbox_tun bug(TUN mode)

Dear @2dust.

it seems the singbox_tun (sing-tun tunnel) didn't show up in Control Panel\Network Connections and can't tunnel the whole Windows system.
I tested it in v2rayN Pre-release version 6.24 or 6.27 and it won't work. but its works on 6.23 the Latest version of v2rayN.
It would be great if there is a way that ICMP traffic can be bypassed for IPs with direct rules. #bug

Just solved the problem:
One single box can be used by running it separately from the command line of Win.
In version 6.27, the Sing-box kernel has been updated and can be used by turning on the switch.
刚才解决问题了：
1 把sing-box单独在win的命令行下运行可以使用。
2 6.27版本，更新了一下sing-box内核，再打开开关也可以使用了。

The TUN problem which doesn't show up in Network Connections has been fixed in the new version of v2rayN 6.32
