Tracker sends unexpected runcrew application email #520

Chronology:

On September 12 I applied to FoH for Fall Concert with the note "aFoh, aMon" and then TSA Culture Night FoH with no note. I later withdrew from the Fall Concert position, then reapplied with the same note. A few minutes later, I applied to TSA Culture Night TiC with the note "TiC + SM."

Issue:

On abtech@andrew.cmu.edu, there are no emails regarding Fall Concert applications or withdrawals, which makes sense because TiCs have already been selected, and so no email should be sent to abtech@andrew.cmu.edu. The unexpected behaviour is that there are two emails about applications to TSA Culture Night FoH and one about withdrawing from TSA Culture Night FoH.

Here the first email makes sense - an application to TSA Culture Night FoH with no note and which I can accept or deny. But the second email doesn't make sense, because I didn't apply to TSA Culture Night FoH twice, nor with the note "aFoH, aMon."
Similarly, the email about withdrawing from TSA Culture Night FoH doesn't make sense because I never withdrew from that position, only Fall Concert FoH.

Can provide images if needed.

This is really, really weird because those are completely separate runs of an action. Is it possible that GMail threaded them and is showing you the same subject line even though they might be different?

I will DM you to get some EML files.
