[WS] STATUS: Socket clients (0)

when ever i try and start glass i get the following .. its just stuck on [WS] STATUS: Socket clients (0).. ive tryed everything and it doesn't work.

root@dhcp0(/opt/glass-isc-dhcp): sudo npm start
