Exporting my trained model?

Hello,
if I have a trained model (meaning I have .weights files). Is there a way to export the trained network to use on a device which has not installed everything?

I want to make detections on y different device than I have trained my model. Can the .weights files only be used with a shell command? Or is there a way to export the model and make detections on a different system?
