有些浏览器如chrome，会缓存Readme文件，导致更新Readme文件后没法看到最新的内容。
我是把一些更新记录的内容放在readme中，以便用户参考，现在因为这个原因导致用户获取的信息都不是实时的了。
这必须去清除浏览记录里 “缓存的图片和文件”，有什么比较好的解决办法吗？
