[s3 server]返回的 Prefix 仍是被url编码后的文件名

Describe the bug / 问题描述

当文件夹名存在中文时，S3 Browser 会将url编码，返回的 Prefix 不是解码后的，导致文件名显示出现问题

Reproduction / 复现链接

文件夹名带中文或者其他需要url编码的字符应该都能复现。
内网使用alist，没有开放到公网，但可以协助测试。
