List

/treasury
- Base command, does nothing on its own
/treasury help
- Prints a list of available commands to the user
/treasury info
- Prints a list of information about Treasury and whichever economy provider the server is using.
/treasury migrate <providerFrom> <providerTo>
- Attempts to migrate all account data from one economy provider to another.
/treasury reload
- Reloads settings.yml and messages.yml.
