Hello,
1.In the lab manual for experiment 2, it is written that: we must find the Deltva from the graph and use the 63.2% method ie V*0.632= new V (page 29 top of the page) and from there find the value for the time constant.
In class, it was mentioned that this value is wrong and that we should use instead 0.368 ie V*0.368= new V.
Just to be safe, we have recorded the graphs and have the time constants for both cases, but want to know which one to include in the report.
do we need to provide BOTH Simulink and Simscape model or is one enough.
In order to find the qmax and the Re number I am assuming we will have to convert to Pressure obtained (gage) into absolute pressure in order to avoid having a negative Re number.
Can you confirm this please.
