Lab 4 Simulink Question

Hello,

I have made the following simulink block diagram for lab 4:

With the following subsytem:

Whenever I use a value of Kp higher than around 4, I get an output that makes no sense. Am I missing something in the block diagram? For example should I have the value of Km somewhere?
I have already double checked that all my constant values are good (Kt, Kb, etc..)
