Draggable TabControl

Hi @wieslawsoltes,

First - thanks for your amazing work on this! I've been playing around with the draggable feature in this - in the sample project it is all working great. If I create a new project using the nuget package, the draggable tab control works great if I define each tabitem in xaml. If however, I bind the tabcontrols items to a list of tabitem viewmodels, the tabitem does not move to its new position when I drop it. I can't work out why - do you have any idea?

Never mind - this was a brain fart moment. List of course doesn't update the UI - replace with ObservableCollection and all is well! D'Oh
