Limited Members

We should create a limited member group by default for activated users.

Limited members are the same as regular members except:

• They cannot create profile posts.
• They cannot create 1-1 or group conversations (except ones addressed to admins?).
• They cannot upload files.
• They cannot embed external media.
• They are subject to harsher rate-limits.
• They may be subject to spam detection algorithms and have those specific posts hidden for moderator approval.

Possible requirements to graduate to full membership:

• 3 to 10 posts.
• 3 to 8 hours registered on the site.
• An avatar.
