Error installing iot explorer Version 0.15.4, 0.15.2 and 0.15.1

Hi,
I had earlier version of iot explorer installed. So I tried to install latest version of iot explorer i.e. 0.15.4 which gives an error
''The file 'mainExecutable' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'cab1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with a package.''

I tried to install earlier version but similar error. There had been issue before monitoring telemetry so I decided to update. Kindly let me know how to fix and reintall this correctly.
