[AVM Module Issue]: avm/ptn/authorization/role-assignment error when using ID for 'Resource Policy Contributor' on management group level assignment

Description

When using the role assignment on management group level with role ID we get errors stating wrong format of parameters and no other debug message is available.
I found this:

Using the role name Resource Policy Contributor' the module works, but with the ID it blocks with error.
