I want to make tests more rigid and enforce them (fail builds it they don't pass).
That will require some cleanup in game files, in both UPU and RPU.
This issue is for tracking related commits (so far, just this and this).
Also probably should run ScanMsg.

Also probably add shellcheck and maybe other linters.
