Windows wallet very slow, cannot keep up with chain

Actual behavior:

With the newest update 4.0.0 on Windows 10 the wallet can no longer keep in sync. The "distance" in numbers of transactions is not actually shrinking but growing. I am using the latest Snapshot from November 15th.

Expected behavior:

Wallet catches up until in sync.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Try to resync your full node windows wallet with the latest snapshot from November 15th.

What are your environment parameters?

• DeFiCh/app Version: 4.0.0
• Operating System (OS): Windows 10
  – RAM (GB): 16
  – CPU (Intel Core i5/i7/etc.): i7
• Current free storage capacity: 50GB
