Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On mobile, there will be too many filters/features etc. cluttering up the screen once #3#5#6#69 etc. have been added to the site.
Describe the solution you'd like
A tools menu that automatically appears when the device's screen is too small. It starts off with the two lowest priority items and fills up depending on screen size. It should say "Tools" or something similar and have a "wrench" icon or something similar (discoverability of the counter filters was a problem for new visitors so we need to make it clear it exists).
Examples of how the menu should work:
On a desktop, all features are always visible such as filters, synergies, play/pause, buff view etc.
On a tablet, all features are visible except the two least useful ones e.g. play/pause, buff view
On a large phone, perhaps only filters are visible by default and the rest of the features are hidden in the menu
On a small phone, all features including filters are hidden under a menu.
The feature should be responsive and scale based on screen size/zoom level.
