Describe the user story

There is a need to extend the Metadata Submitter API to accept a set of new schemas with XML files. The list of schemas will be updated.
The discovery service is not yet decided, so when these new schemas are submitted there will not be integration with the Metax service.

Tasks:

• Add BP.image.xsd schema validation to Metadata Submitter API #446
• Remove integration to Metax for new schemas #447
• Develop beacon as a discovery service
• Integrate with beacon (publications will be visible there)
• Add workflows endpoint to set objects order in front-end #362

Given the researcher has a metadata on imaging data when he publishes it through Metadata Submitter API then he expects to be able to query his published submission's metadata either in JSON or XML format
