add functionality to link perun groups to project numbers

Proposed solution

Users with LS AAI can sign in if they have membership in Perun groups. Perun groups don't have access to Allas, thus no data in the files API. Add functionality for users with CSC projects to link Perun groups into their CSC project number, so that users with Perun groups can see prepared data.

Testing

• Add Perun group to CSC project number
• Perun group should be able to see files prepared for submission in CSC project
• Remove link, Perun group should lose access to files
