MCC is mistakenly called MGC in vocoder module

From the original paper, alpha and gamma coefficients determine the features. When gamma is equal to 0, normal log is used instead of generalized log, so MCC should be used instead of MGC in vocoder module. The fact that the executable being called is Mcep instead of mgcep, which also illustrates this point.
