Some known things that need to be addressed to do this:

  1. Update the setup workflow to delete the files that are not needed (course_guide_learners_static.md and course_guide_instructors.md).
  2. Update the instructions
  3. Figure out a better solution for kicking off the setup workflow (currently a specific user needs to star the repo)
  4. Have someone test it
