This should be added to issue 3 Create a local copy (clone), so any changes should be made to this file: https://github.com/CUAHSI/learning-gitflows-template/blob/main/.github/issues_to_create/issue_03.md

Maybe we could give a link right after "Open Git Bash on your computer" that takes people to some additional information about how to use terminals.
