What happened?

In our docs for WebMapTileServiceImageryProvider https://cesium.com/learn/ion-sdk/ref-doc/WebMapTileServiceImageryProvider.html , the urls from basemap.nationalmap.gov should be called with https. Calling with http seems to be throwing errors.

Reproduction steps

Run sample code blocks from https://cesium.com/learn/ion-sdk/ref-doc/WebMapTileServiceImageryProvider.html in sandcastle
Imagery should load in the map

Sandcastle example
