Errors when upgrading to PHP7

My server configuration is NGINX and PHP7 and I´m getting the follwing errors:

1- PHP message: PHP Fatal error: 'break' not in the 'loop' or 'switch'
It is happening when the PHP reachs the line code 276 of the template-tags.php.
