With clamav 1.4.1 calling ninja install prints:

-- Installing: /usr/local/lib64/libclamav_rust.a

As I do need this static library installed, when ENABLE_SHARED_LIBS=ON and ENABLE_STATIC_LIBS=OFF, this huge file should not be installed.
