Utilities and Police would like to publish their own news. We want to allow each department to have a URL that shows their own news releases; however, departmental news releases should not necessarily show up on the main news feed of the site.

News Releases have a department field we can key off. The main news feed should only show news that is from OOTM. Then, we can have a view for Utilites and Police that show their own news.

We will probably need to allow multiple departments to be associated with each news release. Currently, we only allow one department per news release.

There is also a desire to have news releases for Boards & Commissions. We'll need to add the Board & Commission field to the news document type, as well.
