For the drupal content, we want a way to provide additional words to the search engine. Many times, the content of the page doesn't include the search terms that people use. For example, searching for "marriage certificate" yields poor results.....because on the website, they're called "marriage licenses".
Citizens don't know to search for "license" instead of "certificate". If we have a SEO field, we can add these additional search terms behind the scenes.
The SEO field should probably be limited to Admins only, to avoid SEO abuse.
