We have a new small feature in master since #2109 - fixing #2072. It allows users to add up cases into a group that will then show a shadow of each others manual assessments (comments, ACMG, dismiss, classification etc) on each variant list.
Cases are groped from a case page:
and variant assessments can be seen on variants lists:
While this is mainly intended for cancer cases, to link different analyses that appear as different cases, it may sometimes be interesting for families when the pedigree is split across cases for some reason, when multiple samples from the same individual(s) have ended up in different cases or for quickly analysing small cohorts as well.
