Is there a registry?

Who decides who is an outside counsel?

Do they need to have a license?

I can call myself "outside counsel" and will provide any analysis suiting your agenda - just pay me 🤑🤑🤑

Just like here

  • "independent"
  • "lobby"

I would remove ambiguity.

Guys like Tether ($26b and keep printing) can hire any number of lawyers, PR agencies, branding storytellers.

Maybe create something like a $10k flat fee for the report, otherwisee I can clearly see the incentive structure leaning towards those who pay for services.
