It would be nice to have a Virtualizing WrapPanel for WinUI 3.
Since WrapPanel itself is not part of WinUI core and it's provided by Community toolkit, it makes sense to implement the virtualized variant here too.
There are third party projects which implement VirtualizingWrapPanel for WPF quite well, such as this: https://github.com/sbaeumlisberger/VirtualizingWrapPanel, but there isn't one for WinUI 3.
