Mailmap File

We have added a .mailmap file to the project.
This file can fix issues with names or emails used in commits.
For example, if you used your personal email address on a commit but wanted to use your work email address, you can add the following line.

Matthew Burket <mburket@redhat.com> <m@tthewburket.com>

To fix your name used in commits you can add like the one below:

Matthew Burket <mburket@redhat.com>

If you have any questions, please ask them here and open PR against the .mailmap as needed.
