Describe the bug

We use the vtmnSkeleton Modifier for our shimmer loading states. For this, we often pass mock/dummy data to the composable, and vtmnSkeleton hides this whilst it's loading.
However, this dummy text can still be read by the user if they use a screen reader / TalkBack while loading.

Expected behavior

It'd be nice to be able to clear the semantics while loading.
