Create a flag to make run in the background

Set a flag to check to see if is running in the background, and if not, close and relaunch the program in the background. Additionally, before relaunch, it should check to make sure no additional user intervention is necessary (all flags are appropriate, and if data destruction is possible, the -y flag is already set by user)
