Currently the targets have to be adjusted if
_dml_cv_predictis used with the smpls argument (see e.g. IRM Model).I this it would be helpful to adjust the calculation of the targets to already incorporate the smpls argument for conditional predictions.
Additionally, implementing targets for fold-specific targets.
