Update ArcgisItemCard to match those from AGO #476

Overview

The ArcgisItemCard component UI is outdated and is no longer accurate to the cards used in ArcGIS Online.

Updates

Reformat item type, author and dates to match AGO
Change font size of card titles to 15px
Darken text color of author and dates to match AGO
Remove description from vertical card
