Creating resource config in both uuid/name

currently f5 Agent only creates resource configs like VIP/Pool/Member etc by their uuid and in the tenant partition, some use case required to create configs by their name in /common partitioning.

Need a config driven or RPC message parameter to have this capability

@mahanhi thanks for the input. We are making some changes to the agent for LBaaSv2 that address this directly. Since LBaaSv1 is being deprecated by OpenStack we are putting very few enhancements into the code, but we want to understand your longer term plans to help us prioritize the issue.

Is your team moving to LBaaSv2 anytime soon?

Would you be willing to contribute your changes back? I can have someone from our team work with you guys to get that done if you are interested.
