Allow user return to the last viewed location

Resume settings:
a)
Prompt to resume
(If user previously viewed part of the video, this option displays a prompt, asking user if he wants to pick up where he left off.)
b)
Always resume
(This forces the video to open at the place where user left off. He won't see a prompt; it just happens automatically.)
c)
Never resume

In defense of the idea, If the internet connection fails or for some reason the user leaves the page where he was watching the video, actually, he can not return to the last viewed location.
