FTP.DownloadFiles can't find files but Cobalt can

There has been a case where Task can't find the source files and only gives message 'No source files found...' but the files are visible with WinScp and with Cobalt the files can be fetched just fine. Some of the files had special characters '@' in the filename, but also with plaintext filenames the same result happened. Also local tests could find files with special characters so I couldn't reproduce the issue.
