⚠️ Issue

단일 Member 엔티티에서 snowmanHeight 감소 시, Univ 엔티티에서 totalHeight 갱신 구현

✏️ ToDoList

개별 공격 마다 totalHeight가 -1 감소하는 함수 구현
커밋 삭제 등으로 패널티를 받을 때 snowmanHeight가 감소하는 만큼 totalHeight가 감소하는 함수 구현
