Необходимо отображать лоадер только до момента, пока запрос не вернул ответ и новости не готовы к отрисовке.
Как только новости готовы к отрисовке, необходимо сразу заменять лоадер.

Если ответ пустой, скрывать блок.

tbd для дизайнеров - отображение чего-либо, если ответ неудачный.
