[Feature Request]: Option to disable sync warning

Feature Description

It would be great if this warning could be disabled. I use SFTP upload.

My Publii version: 0.46.1 (build 16918)
OS: Windows 10 LTSC

@Feriman22 - it means that files.publii.json cannot be detected on your server (due lack of existence or permissions). In normal conditions it shouldn't appear at all. You should verify your server configuration on Publii and permissions on the server.

This warning is important, because lack of detection of files.publii.json file can lead to reuploading the whole website every time (and also lack of removal unnecessary files).
