[Bug]: responsive/ARR-lg.webp images not working in some blog posts #1789

Bug description

For some of my blog posts, images that end in "-lg.webp" are not working. Some are working and some are not.

Steps to reproduce

No response

The images that end in -lg.webp have a 404 error when I visit the file. For example, this one: https://adcalculators.com/media/posts/25/responsive/ARR-lg.webp

But, https://adcalculators.com/media/posts/25/responsive/ARR-md.webp works

I just updated to Publii 0.46.2 and the issue remains...

Have you tried regenerating the thumbnails?

I have not but why would I need to? Once I add a post to an image and it's deployed, shouldn't the image remain in place unless I remove it in Publii and then redeploy?
