First release in a long time. This isn't actually anything special but I noticed that I've been running Miat on 3.13 for a long time and havent updated anything in a long time. It's mostly been big leaps in the AI that have warranted a version increase as of late, which is why there are massive version differences between source code uploads (when i remember to upload the build.gradle, that is...)

Add apps functionality to Miat from TranslatorBot. Also some other additions and changes like more slash commands and 8 ball. i've been programming this like a fiend recently. Anyway if you host your own Miat Fren please let me know! I'd love to have feedback.

Major update. I finally have started to move away from if else trees and toward much nicer switch statements. There is a totally new config.json file that contains all of the settings for Miat now, and in the future will allow you to make Miat essentially into anything you want it to be. As of now you can change the prefix (!!!).

The translator features have grown better and nicer with some suggestions from therealbush.

Added YouChat AI features, because I wanted to see if it was possible, and because I want a cool AI bot like Katboi01's MirAI.

Anyway you have to register the slash commands yourself still.
