Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
Should run properly and no errors are expected

hi @ak1334 , as kepler CI uses https://github.com/Hyperledger-TWGC/tape/blob/master/test/configlatest.yaml hence I need you further investigate with your network issues.

I encountered the same situation, and I noticed that the file config.yaml is different to what is mentioned above.
Please add lines such as "org: org1" and try running program again.
