List test titles in repo

I think it would be very convenient for reference purposes to have the corresponding titles for each test suite listed somewhere in the repository. I'd be basing the titles off this link: http://epubtest.org/testsuite/

Could it be as simple as including that link in README or is there a better way of including the titles?

I'm more than happy to open a PR, I justed wanted to see what the preferred solution is.
