Add a archive videos view to the new admin.

Add a view for adding/editing/deleting/viewing youtube videos for archive
It should be possible to create new categories for the videos on the fly (no need for separate view)
- Maybe a dialog for handling categoeries ? Or a combobox ? OR something.
Add vitest unit-tests
Add APIv2 entrypoints for managing these things
Add APIv2 unit-tests
Check for video permission
