Allow Zoom-In/Zoom-out on submission Images

Currently there is no way to Zoom in or out on the component that contains the submission images, unless one Zooms in or out the entire page (e.g. with Ctrl++/Ctrl+-).

Describe the feature you'd like to be implemented
It would be better if there was a custom zoom for this element, just like one would have if this was replaced by a PDF-viewer. Which means by the way that this issue would be resolved if we implement PDF annotations.
