installing app offline

Hi!
I use Stratodesk NoTouch OS, which is a Ubuntu based OS that does not have the package manager available on it, and every time i boot to the OS, it resets itself except on particular directory, where I can store apps for installation when needed.
I can't use install the app using "apt" command.
is there another way to install the app, without the package manager?

you should be able to download it in one of the installation packages (see the releases section). But you will need internet to use the app.
