Hi guys,

Is there a possibility to pass multiple coordinates for the subtomogram extraction rather than using none or a mask (e.g. a IMOD coordinate list)? If so, how did you managed? Thanks and all the best,

Felix

Hi,

Sorry for late response. You can extract the subtomograms for IsoNet training.

"isonet.py prepare_subtomo_star " allows you to generate subtomo star files from subtomograms in a folder.

What I used years ago to extract subtomograms with a coordinate list is "boxstartend" in IMOD
