help, arclight 1.18.2 - forge 40.2.14 not working

I have confirmed that ...

• Arclight is up to date
• all dependencies are installed
• all plugins and mods are up to date
• unable to reproduce in Spigot
• unable to reproduce in Forge

I can't see it, the file is not created to see the console (run.bat)

Hello, can someone help me, I am trying to install Minecraft Arclight 1.18.2 forge 40.2.14 for a server with mods and plugins but when I want to start the arclight installer it does not download the Forge part and it gives me this file
forge-1.18.2-40.1.59-installer.jar.log

Step to reproduce

-1. Isntall java jdk 17
-2. Dreate a folder where the server would be
-3. Download, put in the folder and instal arclight 1.18.2 forge: 40.2.14
-4. Start the installer
-5. When starting the installer, 2 folders are created: ".arclight" and "libraries", 1 .jar file called "forge-1.18.2-40.2.14-installer" and a .log file called installer.log

This is related with your netowrk connection, the installer couldn't access authserver.mojang.com, check your network or DNS settings, and try again.

One thing I forgot to say is that the arclight installer made my Windows antivirus skip so I had to disable it

Windows Defender did have some fake positives to Java executable files. We couldn't resolve that for now.
